Orland Fire Protection District enters into historic CBA with firefighters
Successful negotiations between the OFPD and firefighters’ union were concluded resulting in the passage of a successor contract before the expiration of the current contract. Great strides were made between the bargaining teams, especially with respect to health insurance, and resulted in significant cost reductions for the District.
