Judge Tosses Suit Accusing Hazel Crest of Violating Church’s Rights

Attorneys John Murphey and Lauren DaValle did it again! An article was featured in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin regarding a ruling in favor of the Village of Hazel Crest. The judge ruled a congregation cannot make the case that the Village of Hazel Crest violated its rights with a zoning ordinance that limits the places where religious assemblies may locate.
