Village of Lincolnwood Defeats Civil Rights Challenges to Zoning Decision

The Village of Lincolnwood prevailed in a multi-million-dollar civil rights zoning case brought by a would-be developer of the former “Purple Hotel” site at the corner of Touhy and Lincoln.  John Murphey, from our firm, successfully represented the Village.  A copy of the federal court summary judgment opinion is available HERE.
