Congrats to our Election Team for this great “lawyering” victory!
In the days where there are almost no recounts, Burt & Ross were able to reverse the election in Will County for Precinct Committeeperson. Our client, Steve Balich, lost the election by one vote, but after a recount, the court was convinced to throw out the un-initialed ballot resulting in a tie election. Our client won the lottery and was declared the winner today in the Circuit Court of Will County! Congrats to our Election Team for this great “lawyering” victory!
