Colatorti v. Republican Legislative Committee for the 26th Legislative District

Burt Odelson, Ross Secler and Priscilla Centeno of the firm’s Election Team achieved a victory on behalf of our client, Senator Darby Hills. The Second District Appellate Court affirmed the Circuit Court allowing Senator Hills to remain a Republican Senator. In a case that involved legal questions as to the interpretation of the Illinois Election Code, our team proved once again that when it comes to election law, we are second to none!
