DeAndre Tillman is Senior Counsel with Odelson, Murphey, Frazier & McGrath, Ltd. Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner at Tillman & Tillman and Associates, P.C., where he represented clients in complex matters involving real estate, family law, guardianship, and municipal law. He is known for his precision, strong advocacy, and unwavering commitment to his clients’ needs.
Born and raised in the south suburbs of Chicago, DeAndre earned his undergraduate degree from Illinois State University in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2014. While at DePaul, he further refined his passion for advocacy, community development, and justice.
In addition to his legal career, DeAndre serves as a City Councilmember for the City of Calumet City. In this capacity, he chaired the Ordinance and Resolutions Committee for nearly a decade and has played a key role in shaping local legislation and policy.
DeAndre is also deeply engaged in civic initiatives, including youth mentorship programs, back-to-school events, and senior citizen outreach. He is recognized not only for his advocacy in the courtroom and council chamber, but also for his visible presence and leadership in the community. His work reflects a steadfast commitment to ensuring that both his clients and constituents are represented with fairness, dedication, and accountability.
DeAndre has been honored with numerous awards, including the Early Career Achievement Award from Illinois State University in 2018. He is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association as well as several other professional and community organizations.
